Henry Nii-Laryea Mensah
Founder and PresidentMr. Mensah is an entrepreneur with over 14-years of successful multi-sector business development and management. He is the owner of HLM Staffing Solutions – a strategic staffing firm with focus in Healthcare, Information Technology and Life Science; JFR North America – a construction tools, and equipment rental along with landscaping and snow removal services; US Pharmacovigilance Alliance Group – an outsources drug safety & pharmacovigilance case management services to pharmaceutical industry. Finally, Mr. Mensah operates Mikhenzo, a brand he established for his three sons (Miakeal, Henry & Enzo – in Mikhenzo.com).
Born in Tema, Ghana to the late Adokailey and Nii Mensah of the Nungua Royal Family clan known as Adjin We. He is married to Jemima and together the family make Gloucester City their home. As a resident of this Camden County Municipal, Mr. Mensah is a community person who seeks to add value to his community inasmuch as he does to his family.
Mr. Mensah received his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN. He is the Author of Ghana Real Estate Handbook for Realtors.

She is the proud mother of one child who inspires her to reach and achieve her goals everyday. Growing up in an artistic household with the influence of her father and brother, Asia became blessed at having a keen eye and artistic hands for designing. She is a self-taught illustrator and design artist who has made portraits, hand bags, clothing, and designs for family and friends. “Always bet on yourself, that’s how you’ll succeed at anything you strive for in life.” Asia currently works with an energy Company as an Account Enrollment & Billing Specialist – servicing NJ, NY, DC and OH
Doretha” Dee” Williams
Vice PresidentDee Williams is the founder and creator of Creations by Dee, LLC dba “ButterSoft”, where they specialize in handmade Body Butters with an array of scents but also creating additional skin care products to enhance the ButterSoft Experience.
Her professional career expanses over 20+ years as a Healthcare Professional specializing in many faucets Human Resources and a proven track record in Leadership, Project Management, Operational / People Management. She earned her Associate and Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Peirce College. Currently, she is enrolled in the master’s degree Program majoring in Business Administration focusing on Social Impact at American Educational College.
She is a mother of three children: (Devon, Cassius, and daughter Siani. She is the proud grandmother of eight beautiful grandchildren, who she love to the moon and back. The purpose of being a business owner is to set a standard and to create and leave some generational wealth to her family.
