Josué Figueroa

Josué is a Delaware Valley native with extensive professional experience in relationship management. His career background includes work in both the for-profit and not-for-profit banking/finance industry. In this capacity, he has assisted countless businesses in the Philadelphia Metro Area achieve their financial goals and access the capital needed to advance their business operations. Prior to joining Chase Bank, Josué worked for Cooperative Business Assistance Corporation (CBAC) as a Commercial Loan and Technical Assistance Officer.

With over 30 years of experience in the non-profit, for-profit and Federal government sectors, Josué blends his experiences and resources to assist entrepreneurs in growing their business. By discussing the development needs of his clients, he provides them timely technical assistance, and partners with other professionals to deliver added value.

Josué has served as a board member of several professional and civic non-profit organizations primarily focused on personal, business, and economic development. Currently, he serves as Secretary of the Executive Board of Esperanza, an economic development corporation in Philadelphia. In 2015, he was recognized with a Prominent Hispanic Award for his dedication and contributions to the residents of Camden County, NJ.

A graduate of Thomas Edison State University, Josué lives in South Jersey with his wife Michelle (NJ Realtor/Broker) and daughter Natalya (Associate Scientist). His son Josué David is an Aviation Electrician serving in the U.S. Navy. He and his family enjoy traveling to and hiking U.S. National Parks.

Jamaal Jackson

Osiris Jamaal Na’im Jackson effectually known as Jamaal Na’im’ graduated from the Rutgers Business School with a B.S Accounting in 2017. He was a prolific leader on campus and was elected Vice President of the student organization, National Association of Black Accountants (NABA). While on the e-board, he began his accounting career at PwC in the International Tax Department.

Fast forward to January 2020, he took the leap of faith and decided to create his very own accounting firm, Safe + Sound Stewards, LLC. On June 5th, 2021 he launched his very first merchandise line with the profound slogan “My Accountant is Black” as a marketing technique to generate more popularity under the premise that “products sell services.”

Na’im has a diverse skill set; but is most known for his leadership, financial savvy, and passion for uplifting the youth, playing tennis, chess, and writing/composing music.

Monica Wynn embarked on her career journey as the owner of a beauty salon in her hometown of Camden, New Jersey. As a budding entrepreneur, she pursued her education at Camden County College and Rutgers University, equipping herself with the knowledge necessary to effectively manage her thriving salon business.

In 2008, Monica made a significant move to Atlanta, Georgia, alongside her daughters. During her time there, she made valuable contributions to international beauty brands, assuming diverse roles ranging from education to the development of cutting-edge cosmetic products. With a remarkable 30 years of experience as a beauty professional and a seasoned business owner.

Monica brings a wealth of expertise to the table. She specializes in providing brands with invaluable problem-solving insights, fostering strong team dynamics, and driving innovation in product development. Monica’s skill set spans a wide spectrum, encompassing hair care and styling, process optimization, entrepreneurial coaching, and the creation of premium hair products. Her dedication to continuous learning is evident through her acquisition of a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business, complemented by certifications in Market Research Analysis, Herbalism/Holistic Healthcare, and Entrepreneurship.

Monica’s multifaceted career has seen her excel in various roles. She has lent her hairstyling expertise to video shoots, print publications, and runway extravaganzas, even gracing the sets of acclaimed shows like BET’s “Sunday’s Best.” Monica’s unwavering passion lies in empowering entrepreneurs to reach their aspirations and build thriving businesses. With over three decades of entrepreneurial experience under her belt, along with a dedicated team, she intimately understands the challenges of establishing and expanding a business in the fiercely competitive beauty and wellness sector.

Lessie Norwood is proud owner of MelanAide Fitness & Women Wellness Center. She is a great mother of 4. A Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Life Coach. She embarked on her Journey in fitness in 2019 after battling with her own weight and depression. Fitness became her outlet to become more mentally and physically stronger.

By 2020, this passion and new outlet of relief and empowerment became a movement for her to seek to help other women understand their power and to begin to live a lifestyle of good health, body and mind. Fitness is not just all about physical resistance. Its requires mental stability and strength and if we only knew our true capabilities, we will be a true force to be recon with!!! So its time to snatch your power back mentally and physically.

Janice Coleman is a visionary leader, known for her unwavering commitment to empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. As the President and CEO of JCC Unlimited, LLC, Janice leads a dynamic professional services company that helps prepare people to perform through a range of services including career coaching, public speaking, leadership development, event management, and publishing. She is also the author of 26 Doses of Career Triage (2019) and publisher and co-author of PIVOT: Thriving in Times of Change (2022).

Janice has a professional career that spans over 30 years. During this time, she has led teams of technical professionals of 40 people and non-profits of more than 4,500 members. This gave her the opportunities to build her own leadership skills and to train thousands of leaders. Many of whom have become effective and well-established leaders serving in many strategic roles in large corporations and in their communities.

Over the years, Janice has poured into the lives of youth via her dedication to mentorship, teaching, coaching and speaking at her Alma Mater, the Philadelphia High School for Girls, the Norristown Police Youth Advisory Council, Jack and Jill of America (Burlington County Chapter), Alice Paul Institute and Abundant Life Fellowship located in Edgewater Park New Jersey.

With over 20 years of experience as a successful leader, minister, career coach, author, and speaker, Janice has developed a reputation as a master motivator, inspiring and guiding her clients to become the best version of themselves. Her unique ability to connect with people at a heartfelt level of compassion and purpose has made her a highly sought-after consultant and speaker, sought by organizations across industries.

Janice’s passion for leadership and personal development is evident in all that she does. As a graduate of Chesapeake Bible College, seminary adjunct professor, and ordained minister, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work. Janice also holds several professional certificates in career coaching, public speaking, organizational management, Information Technology, Life/Executive Coaching, and project management.

Janice is a dynamic communicator, known for her capacity to move people in positive directions. She is a board member of South Jersey B2B Professional Convention as well as the former Chairperson of the Guidance Committee for Exhale Women’s Ministry and a graduate and member of the FBI citizens Academy, demonstrating her commitment to giving back to her community. She also has a distinguished list of clients in the marketplace and institutions of higher learning across the region.

She subscribes to John C.
